They are easy to swallow (two a day on an empty stomach). I have been taking these for a few weeks now and have noticed no difference in my skin hair or nails. Perhaps I need to take them for longer but I will update this review if things change.

Price is great in my opinion. Convenient way to take collagen (440mg per cap) and hyaluronic acid (60mg per cap) during the day without having to take scoops of powder etc. I took it in conjunction with powdered collagen which I was taking once a day. Cannot comment on effectiveness as these things are rather subtle with me personally, my body has so much going on! Recommended.
