We've had other countertop oven/air fryers and used them daily. This Ninja double oven is by far the best. Having two ovens in one is remarkably efficient and makes meal production faster and easier. You can do steak in one, fries in the other, or a meal for adults in one, and different items for the kids in the other, or an entree in one and a dessert in the other. This appliance is well built, well thought out, and the learning curve on the controls is short.... but it's there, especially regarding use of the thermometer. The internal food temperature thermometer is a big plus when you correctly use it. We are thrilled with this double oven and have fun using it every day. Only downsides are it's a bit noisy (a minor issue), a bit larger than traditional toaster ovens, and the large sheet pans and air fryer basket are supposed to be washed by hand, so cleanup is a bit of a chore. All in all, however, we would buy this again in a minute!

The size is very good. Having 2 ovens in-one is a plus. Air-fry works great.Have been using it for several months now and found that toasting takes longer than it did in the first few weeks. Very noticeable difference.Two negatives:1. There is a cooling fan that runs after the oven stops (for ALL functions). It runs insanely long and does not seem to serve any purpose. Nor is it detecting the temp. Tested this by unplugging and plugging back in. The fan did not kick back on, so it must be on a fixed timer. All products have a "mean time before failure (MTBF)". My theory is the cooling fan will wear out far sooner than it should and might render the oven useless. So I've put the oven on a short power strip to cut power and stop the fan from running. No toaster oven (or toaster) I've ever had over many decades has every had a post-op cooling fan.2. The lower oven does not have a broiler element. You can only broil in the top oven. Not terrible, but did not expect that.It does otherwise operate very well. The outside skin stays remarkable cool when cooking. There is a "slight" bleed-thru of heat from the lower to the upper oven, but doubt it's enough to have any real effect on top-baking time/temp.

I absolutely love this toaster oven/air fryer! It does so many things! They give you a recipe/idea’s book which is very helpful. It cooks very well regardless whether you’re using the top or bottom. It preheats quickly, although I rarely preheat. With only a two person house this cooks the perfect amount of food without having to heat up a big oven! Which is important in Arizona!

Amazing product!. After compare several air fryers in the market! This one is the best I found. Good Price, good quality, it looks really well!. And you have several function that you can’t find in others models or brand!. Is big, and it comes with an integrated thermostat which let you rest with no doubt that your food is getting cooked at the perfect point!.

Heats up quickly, cooks evenly, and is simple to clean. A great upgrade for any kitchen that saves both time and space.

Having used a smaller Ninja digital air fryer pro for almost 5 years, i wanted to update to allow larger baking spaces while staying on side of my kitchen counter.This oven fits the bill. Dual options for larger roasts and smaller oven for straight baking, toasting, and broiling. There is definitely a learning curve to dial in temps and time, but so far every meal has come out terrific and quicker than a giant oven. Clean up is a breeze as well as long as you wipe it down after each use.Lots of modes seems confusing, as really some seem to just duplicate efforts. But that still allows for a lot of versatile baking styles to produce quality meals with fewer steps.Very glad I upgraded to this terrific appliance.
