My product turned up today but its intermittent when charging.

I brought this item it doesn't even turn on and doesn't charge any phones on my household I get it was cheap for 5.00 but a complete waste of money avoid this item if I could score 0 stars I would but had to give at least one !!!!! Very unhappy customer

It does what it says (slowly) but your phone has to be precisely central to the charger. If it gets accidentally nudged then all that time is wasted, not charging.

I've been unable to see it turn off after reaching 100% as it says it does, and it's too weak to charge through my wife's phone case, but it handles my phone and case fine.

I bought this wireless charger because I have charged my Doogee V10 rugged phone so many times the usb c plug socket is worn out. Admittedly it's not going to be super fast because it's only capable of 15 Watt charging, but for a fiver it's exactly what I expected.Definitely going to buy a few more of these to dot around the house!. I don't understand why other reviews on here for this are so bad, either your phone doesn't support wireless charging or it doesn't 🤷‍♂️
