I’ll start with the fact that it isn’t the easiest to fill or empty, but since we have it tucked into a corner, that also doesn’t impact us much at all. The big reasons we got it was because one cat already used the litter regularly enough to need cleaning twice a week, and boy was he stinky when he did. Now with a kitten as well, we only have to clean about weekly and it’s helped with the smell so much. Note, we didn’t change litter. We already were using a compatible type. It’s also very quiet, so the cats got used to it quickly. The kitten especially took to it right away and has been perfectly safe in it, which is great since he gets really fascinated by it when it runs. Huge quality of life improvement and definitely worth the price!

I bought this litter box to replace a 5 year old Litter Robot 2, which was barely working. After nearly 2 months, I’m still very happy with it!Pros:- Very easy to set up and clean. I use Arm & Hammer Slide litter and so far that combo manages odor very well.- The app is pretty good. I like the push notifications to change the litter and empty the waste bin. It also tracks each cat’s use behavior, which is helpful for vet visits.- Device rotates and operates quietly.- The low threshold makes it easier for my 2 older kitties to step in and out, and the compact size is great for apartments.Cons:- The mat that comes with it is really good at capturing excess litter, but I wish it was easier to clean. I have to turn it upside down and just let the litter fall onto the floor to vacuum it up, which is a bit messy.- There is a ridge inside where the soft floor meets the hard walls, and urine/litter gets stuck on it. I wish it was more seamless.- It requires special bags for the waste bin due to the unusual size.Overall I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend!

I went through every review of every automatic liter box that there is it seems like. I spent MONTHS researching which one would be best. After countless nights of “am I really going to pay over 200$ for a liter box” I caved.MAN OH MAN IM SO PROUD I DID.This liter box has been a game changer. The set up was a little time consuming, but not longer than 20 minutes including the actual set up of the liter box and pairing it with the app. Assembly was pretty easy and self explanatory. The app is beautiful in terms of ease of use and functionality. You can set up for auto sterilization and you can even lock the button on the front of the liter box in case you have little (they won me over with this function alone). It also tells you how many days you’ve had that liter in and when the optimal time to completely change it is. The cleaning cycle is literally almost silent, now I never noticed when it does. My cat took to this box quickly and we’ve had no issues thus far.My only two complaints are:1.It’s big, like way bigger than I anticipated2.I haven’t found a super easy way to put new liter in it without partially disassembling it. But that one minor inconvenience is something I will continue to be quite fine with.Order the box. Just do it.

Trial & error, be patient. I made adjustments based on customer service recommendations, ie the kind and level of litter, etc. Customer service was exceptional, very responsive, polite, and saved me from returning the unit. My 2 cats use it, uses less litter, much better odor control, and no litter on the floor (than a litter pan) especially when I’m away. Cats prefer a clean space and this cleans after each use. The app is good for peace of mind when I’m away. The robot is so quiet and controls odor, I rely on the app for my cat’s usage. The unit is bigger than I expected, takes a large space for access to the bin in the back, the outlet in the side, and the front access. The cord is too short but works ok with an extension cord. Feces does sometimes get smeared around but quickly wipes clean with white vinegar. After 2 months (and a 6 day trip away) I easily disassembled and washed the entire unit. Cats like clean so being diligent with the occasional vinegar wipe reduces the need for full wash down. I’m happy with this product and hope it lasts a long time (3 months in use so far).

Very happy with my purchase! Super easy to set up and took me a whole 5 minutes. Quickly downloaded the app on my iPhone and device instantly connected to my WiFi. I love how easy it is to adjust and customize settings on app. I am a big fan of the sterilization feature.I was a bit concerned about how my cat would react to the liter box change but she gave me no problems at all. She weighs 8 pounds and has plenty of room to move about. She loves watching the cleanup every time she leaves the box 😆. I was traveling this past week and loved being able to quickly pull up my app and instantly know how many times my cat had gone to the bathroom each day. It gave me a lot of peace of mind 😊.
