Got TWO IN A ROW looking like this, hard as a rock and cracked. I know it’s not supposed to look like this is it that hard to send a product that works?

I definitely don’t think this product has a strong cold as claimed. Also, I think it had a high shine and almost made my hair look as if it was greasy. I thought it would have a high shine with the beeswax, but I took a chance on it since it claimed low shine.
