I love all my products that I get from Amazon and if it's not satisfied I just called Amazon app and they gave me replacement or if they can't do replacement they give me a refund. I haven't used the product yet is still in the box because I'm in the process of looking to move so I don't want to unpack anything until I move but I know I will be satisfied when I open it

No Fragrance Disc
One of the main reasons I bought this model was for the fragrance disc. BUT no disc was included. I looked everywhere in the box, in the plastic bags, in the lid where the disc would be inserted, but NO DISC WAS INCLUDED IN MY ORDER!Should I return the unit? OR???

bad quality
I bought this towel warmer as a gift for my aunt. Unfortunately, after just a week, she called to complain about a terrible smell. The warmer has had a strong plastic odor since day one, and it transfers that smell to the towels. Even after several uses, the bad smell persists. She can't tolerate it anymore. Definitely not a good product.

Big capacity
I loved using my bath towels when they are still warm from the dryer and wanted the same experience everyday so I got this towel warmer. This towel warmer was easy to use and did not have too many buttons to complicate a simple machine, which I appreciate. I love how there are timers for the towel warmer so that it will keep the towels warm for up to 90 minutes, which is usually more than enough time to finish a shower. The capacity is quite large and I can fit at least 2 bath towels in here without issues. The heating column in the middle is slightly in the way but I can understand its practicality in helping the machine heat up.The high temperature level does not get that hot. At most it is a slight warmness that is nothing close to the feeling of a freshly dried towel from the dryer. I am slightly disappointed in this area but I can understand that perhaps its a safety fire hazard issue to dry an already dried towel too much. Overall, with the large capacity and the aesthetic design of having wood elements, I think it is a nice addition to have in my home to make it more luxury.
