It is nothing but matcha. I love the strong taste. Add the water or milk then you have a drink without hassle. Will buy again.

This is a great matcha paste that is very easy (easier to use than powder) to mix into your batter for tasty matcha desserts. The flavor is nice and bold and the green color is very vibrant as well.

Used the paste to make some Matcha brownies and they came out really good! The paste is nice since you don’ have to sift it. Just measure and go. The matcha flavor was strong and everyone loved them.

I wouldn’t buy this again. There is a strong taste, maybe it’s the plastic pouch.

This matcha paste is perfect for making matcha desserts! Since it comes in a paste form, you wouldn't have to worry about clumps of matcha that you typically have to sift through and mix thoroughly. This matcha paste is much easier to incorporate into cake batter, cookie batter, and even other dessert items that use matcha. I have tried using this to make matcha flavored mochi and it has worked wonderfully. The matcha flavor tastes strong and the color is definitely there. This matcha paste is essentially a matcha concentrate, so a little goes a long way! This matcha paste is easy to mix and has good flavor. I could mix it into milk with just a spoon, normally I need a whisk or shaker cup ball. much easier to use than matcha powder, and you can easily make a matcha latte with this or just a nice cup of matcha tea. I don't really bake but for everything else this is great. Really pleased with this paste, its easy to dispense the amount you need too.
