This is one of the best TV to buy, don't think twice before buying it, I already gave years of my research to buy a TV which can give a theatre like feel when you watch a film with your better half and at the same time, it should have all the features necessary for my Playstation 5.Pros.1). Amazing and shockingly beautiful picture quality.2). It has metal build, and you will love it in the first sight, and when you touch it with your own hands and feel the build quality, it has that durable yet good looking vibe of them costly Televisions.3). What an awesome sound experience with that 124 Watts speakers and built-in subwoofer.4). That 144 Hz Dolby Vision panel have everything to leave you in awe and to explore new things daily with every new content.5). Just connect your PS5 with it and you are good to go, you will be amazed to see the results.Cons1). I don't think there's any major cons for this Television, but I will keep things updated here in the long term.This is my review after using the TV for 15 days, I will add more insights in the future. Amazing picture quality and great surround sound. Product quality is at par with other high running brands in the market, even better I would say. It is a great buy at this price. Totally loving it.

Its a very good tv go for it you won't regret your decision and tv installation by the company was quick as well.

The media could not be loaded. Screen is very good compared to normal 4k tv, and sound is also very good compared to normal 20- 30 watt speakers of other TVs, now I can feel base which was previously missing in my older TV, speed is improved a lot, looks of this TV is an additional benifit², purchased after taking long time in decision making.

This is my first VU product at home. We have always been a SONY customer, obviously not to mention why.But this TV is ONE great deal and is a serious competition to all leading brands. Display, picture and sound quality are just amazing.Have enabled google tv and have logged in all major OTT’s on it. Toggling between apps is great, has no lag.A FIVE star from me and my familia for this TV.

Please don't buy and waste your hard earned money. I purchased VU Masterpiece 55" from Amazon (seller DAWNTECH ELECTRONICS) for Rs.74990 on 08.11.2022, after seeing the reviews. Within one year the remote failed. I paid around Rs.2000 for new remote. Now in March 2025, while watching a movie .... approximately after 30 mins, suddenly vertical lines appeared and sound was audible. I tried switching on off, no use. Called VU Customer Care, after taking Rs.800/- advance (as it is already out of warrantly), they sent a Technician after 4 days (not within 48 hours), who just switched on the TV saw the lines and said display is gone, the same to be replaced and quotation will be sent. I asked what is the problem, he said If you know tamil I would have explained (they cant speak English or any other language), I said I paid Rs.75000 for this TV and as I am alone and I go to office, hence, viewing time of TV is very less.. He said there is no other option but to replace the display panel. I told him that I already sent the picture of vertical lines to Customer Service on whatsapp, why he need to come here and see the same and decide that the panel to be replaced, he said that is the procedure i.e. I wasted further Rs.800/- just for the so called technician to come and see what I already sent on whatsapp. After 3 -4 days after calling Customer Service, I received Quotation by mail for Rs.35000/-. I mailed to them asking reason for so early damage of display of such a costly TV but there is no reply. I called VU customer care, they said I have to mail to the person who sent quotation, no other way. Even after one week I am still waiting for reply. So thats how it works. If you are lucky TV may work for a reasonable period, Otherwise, they don’t take any responsibility and don’t give any reasons for your loss

Nice colours and sound quality is good, performance is good.Very quick same day installation.
