Love this game it's amazing.

The worst MH yetAll hunt simulator aspects are gone it's just become a hack and slashIt treats you like your stupid with the amount of handholding, for instance, you have a trail that leads you right to the monster without picking up tracks, the monster is automatically on the map and to top it off in the world the monster icon is shown with how many feet it is awayThe trails also cover each item on the map so you can't see what it is but don't worry there is a notification to tell you what it is as well as an iconThe older games let you look around and see, if you needed honey you could clearly see it was honey it didn't need a huge neon sign above itThe handholding is as egregious as yellow paintThe combat now lacks all commitmentIt's just a really dumbed down MH

I love the game, one of the best but my only wish for the game is that there was like a PvP mode where you play as the RSPCA officer where you can jump in people's games and issue tickets and fines to people who kill the demons and not capture them humanely. You could get like an RSPCA outfit by trading in the currency from paid fines? And even capture the hunters with a net like in chatty chatty bang bang, you could set up a 'fake camp trap' and peek out, whisper "subar" and snag them with a net? And say suba
