Only been taking this for a few days now and I feel a difference in my energy, it makes ne feel relax and fresh and the taste is really nice I take 2ml every morning before breakfast and it also increases your food intake might find yourself eating abit more and it really reduces stress and make you feel like you dont care when it comes to certain things will definitely be buying monthly.

I think it’s flushing my system out, but overall my appetite did have a boost.As far as helping me gain weight, it’s been almost 2 months and I’m still at 112lbs.
