These things are awesome! They are thick and add I would say at least a cup and a half to 2 cup sizes, really do something awesome for the girls!

If you purchase the right size for you, these inserts look SO natural and they are of great quality. They give me the perfect amount of curve that flatters my entire silhouette. I recommend wearing these with a higher quality bra, like Victoria's Secret, that can properly support these inserts since they are meant to be positioned toward the bottom of the breast.

I recently tried the SEEKUP Silicone Bra Pads and I absolutely love them! I’ve only used them once, but they really enhanced my swimsuit nicely. They provide a great boost without feeling heavy or uncomfortable. The fit is perfect, and they blend well, making it easy to feel confident. I can't wait to use them again!

These are flat-ish and not breast shaped. They will bend to fit into a structured bra, but if you were wanting to wear a thin bra, or bath suit top, these will not work, as they make unnatural looking shapes in the fabric. Quality seems fine, but they won’t suit my purpose.

The medium size is more like a small or extra small so I highly recommend getting a large. I originally bought these as I am more of a flat chested girl when I put on a bathing suit, hoping that this would help and it definitely did not.

Bought these to give myself a little boost of confidence and ended up almost suffocating in my cleavage. The pads are bigger than you think - so maybe order a little smaller than you think you should! Very effective.

Alright, so I am bigger than most ladies up top, but my girls could use a boost sometimes. Push-up bras in my size (H) don't actually have any padding and don't push anything up. Other pads are teeny tiny and don't do a thing. This was thick enough to make a visible difference. Not a lot, but made my girls look fuller. Filled my cups to the brim. The silicone warms to my body perfectly! But they don't get all warm and sweaty like foam ones. And they aren't heavy to wear at all! I can wear them all day if I want to. I liked these so much that I bought a second pair. Now I can wear them everyday or double up to make my cups runneth over. I may even get a third pair... lol!

Got these. Because I thought it was like my other ones that I was using but these are to hard while my other ones are very soft and feel normal.
