I have been using these iron pills for a while now they are very gentle on your stomachache. They have good effect if your iron is low they really do the job getting it back up and level again. The plus is that some iron pills are known to cause constipation, but so far these pills have not done that. I recommend it! This product is a good Iron supplement.

This is the only brand of supplements I ever buy because they actually work. Too many popular brands have failed to provide the effects that I get from Nutricost.

What I really like about this iron supplement is that it is so gentle on my stomach. I didn't have any cramping at all. No constipation either, and for an iron supplement, that's great. I like how it wasn't as expensive as a lot of the other brands. You get a good amount of capsules. They aren't too big to swallow. There's no funny taste. It's pretty much everything that I would want for an iron supplement. Definitely buy again.
