Nature books are the best, you learn so much. And the pictures are true to life. It's a great way to teach others and kids all critters have some purpose in life. And the value is great

Was a gift for my niece, and she loved it.

I actually bought this book for my 2-year-old grandson. He has just learned that there are many different kinds of insects, and he wants to know the name of everyone he sees. He won't be reading the content, and no one will read it to him because he is way too young to understand it. But it would make a great field guide for a student or any older person who wants to know more about bugs.

I gave this as a gift to someone. It was much appreciated and was a hit with that person. The nice thing it is relatively small so it is easy to carry around. Obviously, not every bug is inside, but many common species can be found in it. The pictures are great too.

Book is great size, with great pictures, best part easy to understand.

Great photos. Makes it easier to identify insects. Well written.
