This was my very first time I've ever crocheted in my life. I followed the videos from the first to the last. They were very well done and easy to follow along. I learned a lot of stitches from croceting this little guy and have crocheted several other things since crocheting the Axolotl. I gave him to my grand daughter as she loves Axolotl's and she was more than thrilled when I gave it to her. I left the mouth off as I liked the way he looked without a mouth. I would definitely recommend this crochet kit to any new or experienced crocheter.

Love this kit. The yarn is great quality. Love that the crochet hook has padding greasy if you have mild arthritis instructions are easy to follow great value for the money.

4 out of 5 because Amazon didn’t check the box previously returned to them and the stuffing bag was already opened.Seller on the other hand is very responsive to my request and is super friendly and understanding. They resolved my issue in lightning speed. The tutorial video has a nice feature of marking each section for easy searching for reference. Hope they will add more to the product line.

Great value. I like that it included both a written pattern and video instruction. I really wish more kits would offer both. My kid loves it even though ours didn't turn out perfect. I told him I learned Alotle which he thought was funny but I will just see myself out. Thank you.

I bought this one and two others for my wife, daughter and sister in law. They are all highly experienced crocheters. They have all created some beautiful projects. I was surprised when I heard from each of them how difficult these little kits are. They are frustrated by these little, inexpensive kits. My wife tells me the companies videos are very good but these kits are not for beginners. What I thought would be a nice project to work together on has turned into a frustrating stressful task.

Grandkids loved them.

Not sure how this is going to go. I just received my package and I’m eager to try it. However, reading the manual I am seeing that the basic crochet manual is not included in my package. So we shall see and I’ll update my review if I can manage to make this Axolotl.

Packaging was nice and the instructions were easy to follow and we had sit of learning how to do it
