I feel like I'm using almost the very first mp3 player ever. The navigation isn't intuitive, the touch screen can be finicky, and the file explorer isn't customizable. I want to listen to audiobooks primarily on this device, but there's no icon for that. I tried to make a new folder in my computer and add files to it, but new folders just show up as "local folder." I can't figure out how to rename them, though there might be a way. I created a new folder under the music umbrella - same thing. I added two audiobooks and a CD to the device and they were all lumped into one section so I had to scroll way to the bottom through hundreds of tracks to find my cd. I'm guessing I can move them one by one to a playlist, but the instructions don't indicate how, and doing so is very labor intensive when they were already organized on my computer. Maybe I can fiddle with it and figure it out, but it's just not worth it to me when there are so many other mp3 players out there that are more user friendly, and offer more than 3 playlists. The audio works fine without the headphones, and the dial on the right controls the volume. It moves easily, so I can see the volume adjusting in your pocket accidentally. I had to return it.

It's a solid metal case. Good quality. The only issue I had was the video format is very picky. I've been trying different settings in handbrake without any luck so far. The documentation says AVI/AMV, but I keep getting format error messages.

The interface is terrible. Good luck getting it to display in anything but Chinese.

This is a great little unit that fit in my husband's shirt pocket so that he could use it while working in his shop and around the yard. The FM radio had great reception and was easy to tune. He was easily able to link it to his Bluetooth earbuds that made it so convenient to no longer have wires hanging down from his ears and catching on branches when doing yard work. He wasn't able to download books, but that may be that we haven't figured out how to do it yet. He is very happy with how they are working so far.

Some pieces of this are great, whereas others are a pain. For starters, the touch screen is a good bit off, so when you tap the display, it tends to select a button on a different part of the screen. The other main issue is that I have a mac computer, which makes it difficult to move the audio files over to the device. You can drag and drop individual audio files into the folder like a usb drive when it's plugged into the computer, but none of the song formatting, info, etc. will show up on the device. Otherwise, it generally works as advertised
