This is not a real defibrillator
It is a training device to use on a mannequin

As always, you play like you practice.
If you use these type of defibrillators at your place of business, or even in your home, then you should use the equivalent practice device. This one works very well.

I love the product
The product is just what I expected

Stopped working within 1 year of purchase.
We purchased this product in June of 2021 and it already is consistently showing issues with picking up that the pads are in place. We have tried replacing the silver AED trainer pad strip multiple times, but the issue is clearly related to the device itself.

AMAZON RIP OFF!
Purchased AED trainer. When opened, it had an obsolete instructional software. Also, it was defective as it would no go past a certain instruction. Attempted to return and was told it was not returnable. No explanation, no means to call customer service. A complete rip off, and now stuck with an item that is outdated and doesn't work. Will not purchase anything ever again through Amazon.10-17-21-- Was able to finally reach a live customer service rep. and he refunded the entire purchase amount. Will retract my negative review.
