Love this e-bike
What can I say? Took us less than 30 minutes to build. Extremely easy to build! My son rides it everyday. Enjoys how much fun it is. His friends come over and after riding it say that they want one.

Nice bike. Aftermarket support. Easily upgraded.

Pretty easy to assemble, was exactly what was expected
Only issue was that the accelerator died pretty quickly but we replaced it with one we got on amazon for $13 and there were no issues after that.

Waste of money
Well if I could seriously give this less than a star I would, very un fortunate. We bought this for a Christmas gift early so it sat for about a month until Christmas when it was assembled. The bike visually looks good but that's where it stops. The Bike is extremely under powered, it has a very long lag time from throttle on to off and back on again. It will not make it up my driveway from a stop, you need to take a run at it and to top it all off the weld on the plate that holds the kickstand on just broke off.. reached out to macfox for a solution and I was just told that normal use won't do this and to go buy an external kickstand LOL. we bought another bike less than half the price and its twice the bike.

Great E-Bike!!
Bike has been riding since Christmas.. we had an issue with the an error code. I contacted Macfox and they responded quickly with a replacement part along with how to videos. Other than that the bike has been great.. Customer Service has been awesome getting back to me quickly.Thank you Macfox..

Performance do match specs
Terrible. Torque is terrible, doesn’t accelerate, lags when throttle is turned to max. can’t climb a 3 degree slope. A 500watts bike with peaks of 750watts shouldn’t struggle to move a 60lbs kid.

Comfortable bike for the ride.
The media could not be loaded. The Macfox X1S is an excellent choice for urban exploration. It offers impressive speed and range, making it perfect for neighborhood adventures. Plus, its sleek design makes it the perfect bike.I rode the bike like 500 miles and was really happy with this bike. Nice solid bike and great quality-price ratio like I expected. Love the lights front & back. Previous bikes always had to make the lights has enough power.

Fantastic rides on our e-bikes
We live in a hilly area and cycling was no fun without assistance. With our e-bikes, we can just pedal with minimal assistance on the flat and downhill and then add assistance when climbing the hills. We have a wooded trail that goes by our grocery store, why drive when you can ride? Also, use them to get around the grounds when we are camping.
