Have you ever wondered how far you can throw a midget, or how many midgets you could take on in a fight? Well, I can truly attest that since I started drinking the new version of ghost (V3) muscle builder, my strength has increased significantly along with my endurance levels! It’s given me more power to throw a midget a greater distance than ever before! (45% increase.) and for how many I can take on in a fight, the previous answer was 32. . But since starting this supplement, my endurance has improved, my muscle mass has increased, and my recovery time has decreased! Making that number dramatically increased to 71! I use to feel like diary of a wimpy kid, but this stuff has made me realize I’m now “hulk smash!”It also tastes pretty good (cherry), dissolves easily in cold or hot water!

Obviously, the main source of natr creatine comes from the meat you consume. But ! This is the best alternative in my eyes. Tastes really good, I’m currently on my third tub. Warheads was really good, mango was as well and now I’m getting cherry limeade. I have noticed muscle size increase but I am at a calorie surplus as well training 5 times a week.

It's been a while since I've had warheads. Not since I was a kid. But they do an excellent job of capturing the flavor with this one. Ever since I got this I've been a huge fan of the muscle builder.Currently I'm training my body in boxing and this and other muscle builders are one of the reasons why over 200 lb of my body is muscle.My nutritionist recommended the ghost brand, and so did a friend of mine. My very first being the Ninja Turtles generation 2 Legend and Pump. (Affectionately named Leo and Raph)Legend is the pre-workout so you want to take that first. Takes about 30 minutes to kick in. Pump you take during the workout, and gives you a temporary boost. During any of those two points you can add muscle builder.Normally I go to the gym and I start working out on my own steam. After getting things going with only water, I switch to Legend and muscle builder.. I mix it with some hydrogen water or alkaline water. That gets me back in the game pretty quick. In some cases I can go a little harder if I add pump, or another recovery agent like clear muscle.

So I started a fire academy a few weeks back. I was taking this to kinda shape up whilst in said academy. The flavor - kinda nil. I like that. I feel like it did its job, the reason I don’t give it five stars is the beta-alanine. That tingle is not good for the activities we’re doing in the academy (you gotta bring a 250+ lbs person down a ladder whilst feeling like you’re being pricked with needles). Plus it made me severely constipated during our morning PT, and in the academy, there’s no free time - if you know what I mean...So, you just be your own judge. I’d definitely recommend it for a less stressful/less demanding workout agenda.

I think Ghost supps are expensive for what they are, especially this creatine BUT they do make it taste good so I personally like it. However, it doesn’t dissolve fully so there’s some graininess left behind. Besides that, it gets the job done.

I work out before I eat breakfast so I mix this with their BCAA kiwi strawberry powder and drink it as I work out. It’s my favorite drink lol. I highly suggest using like twice the recommended amount of water though otherwise the flavor can be like a punch in the mouth. Either way it’s great and I’ve noticed a big difference in my workouts. It mixes pretty well but there is always some grit at the bottom of my cup, but to be fair I haven’t tried a creatine supplement that isn’t like that.
