Great buy
I got this for my wife too make chocolate and it is very useful. The leftover chocolate dries and comes out easily and dough also doesn't stick on it. It is really easy to clean and is very flexible.

Size issue
Quality is good but definitely need an improvement in size to roll roti, current size is like dining table mat which is not sufficient to rolling a roti.
