Through pregnancy I've had horrible restless leg syndrome and my midwife recommended this.It worked wonders! it stung at first on the calves, but I researched this is due to low magnesium in the system. My prenatal only offers 125mg and I'm allowed up to 350mg. I did 2 sprays on each calf, as it spreads generously. It obviously needed if it stung!Another great benefit was I slept comfortably and for a long time (8 hours!!) - which has been unheard of this pregnancy as I've suffered terribly with insomnia.I also tried it the next morning on other sore muscles on my neck and it instantly number the achey / bruised feeling. So I am very impressed with this products results.Overall, I am thrilled with this product and wish I knew about it sooner, but pleased it's helping me keep comfortable and rested in the third trimester.I will buy it again if I run out before birth and definitely recommend to other pregnant people.

Really good to run into lower legs and feet to sleep a greasy texture but make sure you wash your hands straight away as my skin between fingers reacted and cracked and got sooo sore , this product will give you crazy dreams when you first start using it too

Works well

I love this product -the bottle lasts forever and, finally, I've found something that helps me sleep. Like a few others have mentioned it did sting a bit to begin with, but after researching I found that this is indication of a magnesium deficiency. After using it a while -and I guess my levels becoming normal, I use it nightly with no issue. Great product.

Good quality product, arrived quickly. Too soon to tell if it works yet though! Two sprays on each leg is enough for me, any more and it feels very sticky and the tingle is a bit too much! Have also used the sleep spray which feels much nicer.

This is the best way to include Magnesium supplement to the body. Have been using it for some years and cannot live without it. It is easy to use. Just be aware that it comes out quite watery and best to spray in a cupped hand and then apply. It helps with aches and pains too.
