Easy to use
Easy to set up and adjust. Bit of a new thing for me, so time will tell. Casts a decent amount of light and the stand is sturdy.

Handy light for a single potted plant.
This is a grow light for an individual plant. The light itself is held on a telescopic pole that reaches 21” fully expanded, and collapses down to just under 7” at its shortest. The lamp head is hinged so its angle can be adjusted vertically but not horizontally. A stand is supplied, but it’s not very stable. It seems designed to stand a pot on, so that would solve that problem. The pole has a pointed end so will be easy to stick in the pot compost. How rust proof it is becomes a question at that point. The LEDs are white, green, and blue. You can have the whites, the coloureds, or all of them on using the control buttons wired into the power cable. The power cable is USB, but a three-pin UK adapter plug is included, which is a nice touch. I’ve no means of usefully measuring the brightness, or it’s effectiveness, but on a gloomy December morning, as I write this, I can see a plant being grateful for the extra bit of light. The power cable is 70” but attaches to the lamp head so you’ll lose some of that length wrapping it around the telescopic pole to keep it safer. So the only major disadvantage is that your plant will need to be reasonably near a power supply.

Decent plant grow light.
Judging by other reviews, there appear to be two versions of this lamp available; one where you have to assemble an acrylic base unit and the other, which I received, where a metal base is already assembled and you just have to slot the telescopic vertical support into it.You can either position the base under the plant pot (my preference) or push the telescopic vertical support directly into the soil in the pot.The light is powered by a USB A power lead but a three-pin plug adaptor is included if you don’t have a conveniently situated USB socket. There is a control box built into the power lead through which you can control light duration and time (it will come on at more or less the same time each day based on when you first turn it on), as well as adjust the light spectrum (warm white, red and blue, white red and blue) and intensity. The lighting head is on a swivel joint at the top of the vertical support and this enables you to adjust the angle of the light head in relation to the plant.I have yet to test the light on a plant for any period of time but, based on other LED plant grow panels that I have used, I don’t see any reason why it shouldn’t function reasonably well. The only thing that it is missing, compared to the other plant grow panels that I have used is cool white LEDs, which help promote seed(ling) growth.

Much smaller than expected
Definitely pay attention to the measurements in the description. I did not (shamefully) so I was shocked when such a tiny product arrived. It's only suitable for very small, young plants unfortunately, contrary to what the pictures may suggest. I don't think my sister has even bothered to use it because it's too small for her plant, so can't really comment on anything but the functionality and look. It's quite flimsy and light, the base is made of a cloudy plastic which scratches easily so not the prettiest.

Grow light
LED grow light for plants, has a timer function so no need to keep turning on and off or forgetting. Really good item, has helped keep my plants alive :) works well, highly recommended

Great individual grow light that takes up little space
I have used grow lights a lot over the years, but they have always been large bulky things. This grow light is an individual light that takes up little room as you place your plant on the grow light base, and the light sits above the plant. Alternatively, you can stick the stem of the light directly into the soil of the pot.The important thing you need on grow lights is a timer so that you don't have to remember to turn the light on and off. This one comes with a timer allowing you to turn on for 3, 9 or 12 hours at a time, and then to turn back on again for the same period the next day. Not sure what use 3 hours would do...The lights claim to be full spectrum, meaning that the white LEDs are genuine white LEDs and not just painted cheaper blue LEDs (white LEDs give off a "proper" white light needed by young plants, whereas painted blue LEDs don't).

It illuminates
I'm not sure I can recommend this. I used it to illuminate a potted cineraria in full bloom in a darkened area. The blooms are fading after only a few days
