There are many potential risks and benefits, associated with medicinal mushrooms, Maitake in particular, so please talk with your GP if you wish to add them to your diet.This mushroom extract, produced by Time Health, seems to be of high quality. I usually mix it into my porridge along with other mushrooms extracts.
