This headset is a fantastic product, easy to connect to my Xbox series x. Sound amazing feel premium and are very comfortable to wear.

These have been a hit. Connect well and sound and mike seem good quality.

Sound was 1 sec behind my music game, it wasn't in sync. Base sounded terrible, I adjusted the equaliser & it made no difference to the sound. It came with no instructions, no USB cable.The security tab wasn't sealed. So in my opinion this item had already been opened & used before me! The headset supposed to come in a Xbox dust cover bag, mine didn't. This item said it is new NOT An Amazon second.

Works well. Unfortunatley started with the issue of not being able to hear sound on the headset.Followed another review on here where i plugged the headset into thexbox, then held down the power/mute buttons until it made the pulsating sounds twice. This then seems to reset the headphones and sound then plays. No issues since.Shame no charging cables are provided, but luckily had one already with controllerx

I purchased these through Amazon in December 22 and up until this week I’ve been more than happy with them. The sound quality, comfort and adjustability of the EQ are all very good, as is the battery life. I also think they look the part.Unfortunately though, I’ve just had to buy a replacement set due to the mic arm snapping. I’m very careful with everything I own, these have always been kept in a drawer when not in use and certainly haven’t been subject to any abuse. I believe it’s simply a design flaw; the arm is a moving part and I think it’s just worn out, but regardless they’re now unusable due to the wires shorting.I contacted Amazon but due to being just past 2 years they couldn’t offer any support. Hopefully these last a bit longer. Prior to this issue I would have given them the full 5 stars.

Honestly the best headset I've ever used so far. Ordered it yesterday and I've loved every second of it.
