Will definitely buy again
Ease of use: idiot proof. Just follow the very simple directions.Effectiveness: I purchased it because my wife spilled some water on the passenger seat of our car and it left a stain. A little goes a long way with this foam. Just rub in circular motion, give it a good scrub, and wipe with a clean damp cloth. And the stain was gone. Seeing how effective it was, I decided to clean the center console, which was extremely dirty (I am an artist and constantly have paint/dirt on me) long story short one thing led to another and in 45 min the entire inside of my car looked like it had been professionally detailed.Smell: It smells clean and fresh, very delicate. Almost imperceptible.

Great for pet stains on your couch
When I want to just spot clean the couch from our dogs dirty paws, etc this works great!! Easy to use and dries nicely. A little product does go a long way though and you’ll need some paper towel while using it because if gives out a lot of cleaning foam

Fairly good upholstery cleaner, with limitations.
I'm the using Bissell Spot and Stain fabric and upholstery cleaner 9351 to clean my sofa, which has a white (I know, what was I thinking?), corduroy-like material. This was an expensive sofa and I've had it for about 3 1/2 years. During that time, the seat cushions have accumulated a fair number of stains, discoloration and wear. I've had the covers dry cleaned several times, but @ $160 per cleaning (for 3 back cushions and 3 seat cushions), I wanted something less expensive. I also needed something to take care of stains on the body of the sofa. The Bissell Spot and Stain fabric and upholstery cleaner 9351 does an ok job, but there are some stains that it won't remove. It will remove some, but not all of the general dirt and discoloration. By way of comparison, the dry cleaning produced somewhat better results, but that process also could not make the material perfectly clean. To use the product, shake the can, place the brush end on the material you want to treat and give the trigger a short pull. You don't need too much foam. Once the foam is released, rub it gently into a small section of the material, move to another area and repeat the process. Foam will build up on the sides of the brush, and you should just rub these areas on the material to utilize this foam. Let the material dry, which may take 30 - 60 minutes, and then vacuum, using a small brush attachment. You should notice the material becoming lighter as the vacuum removes the dried foam and dirt. When you use this product, it is very important to do an entire panel at one time. If you have a stain on a portion of the material do not attempt to just treat the stain. You may remove the stain, but you will create an new and larger discoloration in the area that you treat. I did this the first time I used the product and that discoloration is still there, in spite of several subsequent cleanings. If you do the entire panel, you won't see a demarcation between the treated and untreated areas.

It helps some, but not enough
Don't expect it to work miracles. Couldn't get the smell of a dog with a severe tooth disease licking the cushions out. Made it slightly less bad, but it is still there. Only managed two large cushions. Both sides. Used the whole container and that was barely enough. Hopefully, that gives you an idea of how much use you get out of it.

This Is Magic!
I bought this on a whim not really thinking that it would work and had gone as far as adding new dining room chairs to my cart! BUT in a last ditch effort I tried this on my chairs and it was an immediate fix! I am absolutely amazed, there is no strong odor and the stains are GONE! I am SO EXCITED! I wish I had taken a photo of the chair my toddler‘s booster seat had been sitting on the last couple of months, the food has leaked through the protective padding and had fallen on spots not covered, it was a disaster! I honestly thought nothing could ever be done for that one but it looks brand new!

Upholstery cleaner works great.
In December I bought a can of this and also a can of the one for pets. I used the pet one on a small pee stain. I have an 8 lb dog so it was small. I thought that it might stop her from using that spot for her bathroom. Actually vinigar works better for that purpose. When it dried the stain was still there so I tried the can of upholstery on the stain...poof stain gone. We had old furniture at the time and we were getting new to be delivered in January. Just for the heck of it I used it on the 20 year old chair we were replacing. Thinking it wouldn't do much but I put it on, let it sit for 10 minutes and took a wet rag and rubbed it off. The arm of that chair looked like new. So I think the cheap one works much better than the one labeled for pets. I'm just running out so was about to order another another can but on second thought I will order two.

It works!
It cleaned greasy food stains off two fabric dining chairs and an unknown stain off my carpet. The stains were noticeable, but not dark (not tomato sauce, for example). Before using it for real, I tested it on an already-ruined chair of the same fabric - two tests, one day apart from each other. I rinsed the foam out of the applicator brush after the first test, and there was enough moisture left on the applicator the next day that the second test left a water mark. Don't rinse the applicator --just let the foam dry. The only negative is that the push button on my can is super hard to depress, and I have great hand strength. This could be a problem for some people.

This product does not work!
I purchased this product to clean some chairs that had cloth material. The chairs had a few stains but nothing terrible. I just wanted to give them an overall cleanup. The nozzle on the device pours chemical out of all the top. The chemical does not clean even after sitting on the target spot for a bit.I had hoped the scrub brush on the top would aid in the cleaning process however it did nothing. The can design does not workThe chemicals used for cleaning does not work.Would not buy again or recommend especially as this was a pricey item I splurged on.
