A Staple Ingredient For Me
Whole household loves this sauce - it's extremely versatile whether you use it with noodles, mix in with rice and a fried egg or just use it as a dipping sauce. Definitely give it a Google for inspiration and to add more flavour to plain carbs. Definitely worth having in your cupboard and you'll notice lots of Chinese restaurants will just stock this exact brand of sauce and serve it in a tray.Jar came safely packaged in lots of bubble wrap and having ordered in November 2024 I got a best before date of December 2025 - it will be long empty by then!

I love this stuff
This is 'the' classic brand for chilli crunch. It's thick, oily and crunchy with a bit of heat but not overpowering. It's got quite a unique umami kind of flavour and it just transforms anything you put it on.A mixture of chilli peppers, crispy chilli flakes, and roasted peanuts it's definitely more of a crunch than an oil and you need to give it a good stir before using or you end up with it getting really thick by the bottom of the jar.It goes so well with everything. I have it on eggs, in soup, on chips ... anywhere. It's just so good.
