Sturdy, stylish and value for money
This is sturdy, stylish and great value for money. Taller than average height it is great for my tall husband and would be good for disabled folk.

Small room facility
This toilet was for our down under stairs small room/converted cupboard. As it was a restricted space it was the perfic size!

Higher than expected. Flush not useful.
Its higher than I expected, fitting has all plastic screws which doesn't help to get the seat in right place.Flash is also low quality, pump pressure is lower. You need to flush it twice. Endup replacing seat screws and flush pump.

Maybe not such a good idea, if you are using the seller we did.
Sorrento were good before I purchased the 2 toilets, but once I had received them they didn't bother answering ansaphone messages or emails. Delivery was bad as the delivery man wouldn't bring the toilets into the house, but we had to examine them before signing for them, so we had to do that outside in the rain. The toilets were left outside, in such a position that we couldn't get our mobility scooters out. We couldn't bring them into the house ourselves or move them, as we are old & disabled, so it was very upsetting. Once they were finally in & fitted, we found that waste was difficult to flush away. Three different plumbers tried to get a better flush on them for us, at different times, but none were able to make any difference. They all said it was down to the way the toilets were made. On the plus side, the toilets are easier to use for my husband & I keep a foldable step handy so that I can use them. It said you could return them, but that is a laugh as we would be without toilets.
