The media could not be loaded. It doesn't work as well as others that provide 4g and 5g per dose. This is 2 gummies and only 3g creatine, this will work better for people who have not used creatine before. As it stands I have to take 3 gummies to get a near 5g creatine dose which does help and tastes like strawberry using natural stevia as a sweetener. Sadly 60 gummies won't last me 3 weeks. For the price 19 quid I would rather get the powder unflavoured version, and take 5g creatine and have it last me 2-3 months.It helps lift heavier by boosting ATP energy in the muscle, which leads to increased speed in muscle gain, if used when training, or simply just to lift things at home it can help give you muscle energy. It isn't a necessary thing, as our bodies make creatine from food, if you eat steak, fish and eggs etc.. Creatine levels will be boosted naturally. I take it because I don't have access to these foods on a daily basis.
