Solid.
Solid watch. Does everything I need it to do. Unlike the band 6, the face won't come off. Battery life is okay. SPO2 is quite accurate, as is heart rate, compared with surgery issued oximeter. Easy to read. Like the simple faces.

Pretty much good enough for simple users
I’ve been using this Xiaomi watch for a while now, and I’m really impressed with how long the battery lasts — I can easily go several days without charging, which is a big plus compared to some other smartwatches. The setup and settings are straightforward, nothing complicated, and it does exactly what I need it to do. I mainly use it to track my runs and monitor my heart rate, and it handles both tasks reliably. It’s not packed with all the flashy features of an Apple Watch, but honestly, if you just want something simple, accurate, and easy to use, this is more than enough. Solid value for the price.

Great!
This is a really good fitness tracker for the price. It has made me workout a lot smarter, because you can see exactly how many calories you are burning, steps taken, how active you really are. My favourite feature is the sleep tracker. It gives detailed analysis of your sleep quality. Battery life is excellent, I wear it constantly and only need to charge it once a week. If you are serious about your health and fitness this is a great tool which will give you so much data to make good decisions. My only gripe is the pedometer is not the most accurate as it tends to drop off sometimes, so if you want a completely accurate step count, a traditional pedometer would be better. This is the only negative thing I can say about it.

Good budget smart band
Watch functionality is great BUT the strap is useless. If you work in an office where you do zero physical work/movement then it may be fine, however if you have a job like myself that involves being physically active and lifting and moving things, then this strap persistently unclips and falls off my wrist making it pretty much useless to use.Positive points are:Large screen, good functionality. Alerts to texts, calls etc. Heart monitor works fine.Just a note: I connected to an android phone running android 11, and although it would connect it would not sync or receive notifications. I then connected to my new phone running android 13, and it works fine.

Decent performance.
I wear real watches and just wanted a simple health tracker to wear on my other wrist. I'm not to bothered about all singing smart watches that are obsolete within a couple of years so this fits the bill perfectly. I had an older model a few years ago and these newer ones have a much better interface and a bigger screen you can actually read. Took 5 minutes to setup after downloading the Mi fitness app. I thought the steps were a bit off but they are actually quite accurate. Construction is quite solid and the watch looks like it could take abuse. Battery life seems good and I'm still only down to 60% after 3 days. I'm so impressed I bought the wife one after she had a negative experience with a more expensive Huawei band 9.Update. I had to return the wife's as she couldn't get on with the strap. It kept coming undone in her active job. I do wish more of these bands had a buckle fitting.

OK, but not accurate enough for detailed activity
The watch is just OK. I got as a replacement for a fitbit and it just hasn't matched in terms of accuracy or ease of use in my opinion. It gives me some indicative indication, I can compare if I walked further one day compared to the other, but I don't necessarily trust the accuracy of the exact data in terms of step count etc. The calories was particularly frustrating, as just had some weird metric as opposed to total calories. It does have some really good features. I like the excellent battery life (lasts weeks), the low charge mode, the light feature and the customizable backgrounds. The screen is clear, and easy to read.As a watch with basic functionality it was perfectly fine, but wasn't ideal if wanting to accurately track other details.

Very good value sports watch
Very good value sports fitness tracker, bought after trying Garmin and Fitbit models which seem to fail after a few months mainly due to integral straps. This one has the benefit of the strap being replaceable. The watch unit just slots in easily. Although this has a silicon strap, it was easy to replace it with an expandable fabric one. No more problems with allergic reactions to silicon strap. Charge seems to hold much longer than more expensive ones. Relatively easy to set up and use the different functions.
