This engraving pen is awesome!! I love it. I have used it since the first day I received it. I work for an RV Resort and I have used to mark all of our equipment. I e only used one of the many tips so far and it does a great job. It is light weight and easy to maneuver. I love the fact it is rechargeable with a simple USB Cable. It is nice not having to g to plug in a cord to use this engraving pen. It is easy to pack and take anywhere. It was well worth the money spent great value. It is made well and high quality. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an engraving pen. You will be glad you bought it. I’m very happy with mine and would purchase again.

I've been engraving wood for several years now and I wish I would have had this little engraving pen when I started. It is light weight and fits my hand perfectly. But what I'm more impressed with is the battery life. I've done some small to medium sized projects on one charge, something I never thought I would get with such a small tool. How long it will last is something I'll have to find out but so far it's great.

I saw this product in a video. I work on a lot of glass arts and crafts. So, this will help me with the functionality and ease of use. It looks like a quality tool and is a great value for my money. I haven't checked out how long the battery is ir the weight, but I look forward to using this tool for my crafts...

The media could not be loaded. I really liked this engraving pen at first but it completely stopped working after just a few uses.Update: I contacted the seller. They are shipping me a new pen so I upgraded my review from one star to four for the consumer service. Hopefully this pen will work as advertised.

Marvelous! It does what it says it can do, and more! It doesn’t disappoint in anyway. I can do my artwork with it, carving stones, and can assemble and disassemble it easily. Stores away nicely.

This is the 1 time I am very glad I did not reviews before I purchased. 1 guy left a very negative review that made me question if I should have purchased this. I just got it and it is spectacular! I cannot wait until this weekend so I can start on on my project!

The item was defective but the company sent me a new one asap. Customer service was top notch.I’m happy with the engraver. It’s easy to use and seems durable. The instructions and tutorials were easy to follow and I love the results that I get from it!

The media could not be loaded. Terrible. Does not work as advertised. Read directions, used the proper bits. Does NOT work on rocks . Tried on small flat grey rocks, nothing. They send you "test" pieces and it doesn't work on the either. The only thing it worked on was an old damp picnic table. Save your money. Try a different brand. Maybe later I'll post a video. Terrible terrible terrible X10. I foolishly bought 2 for camping .
