As far as shipping and the condition it was received in, was perfect, no issues. I am hoping that recent studies showing that certain strands of probiotics which this product has will help regulate my blood pressure so it will be awhile until I can accurately judge that. Thanks to y’all, though, came in perfect condition.

These did not work for me. Gave them a try for four months and did not notice any difference. Will give spore probiotics a shot now as these were a huge disappointment.

I prefer the packets , which I have normally purchased but they were unavailable. so I can open the capsules and add to my homemade yogurt.

I trust this brand, I feel it is high grade.

It's so tough to choose a probiotic these days, but this one makes it easy because it contains all of the strains shown to have benefit. I think it has helped with my bloating and inflammation.
