By the time I got round to using these I'd missed the return date.On close examination the label looked incredibly amateurish and like someone had printed the label off at home with a cheap printer, it was blurred and distorted went straight in the bin...

Started taking it on advice from a friend. Have to wait to see if it does what I hope for!No problem taking it, no bad taste or after effects.

Taken by my father to help with controlling his diabetes and has been taken them for a while and these really help, just google the benefits of these tablets it's amazing how it helps to control diabetes.

I did take these for many months, I think they are effective in controlling diabetes but switched to Karela juice instead
