I have tried so many different vitamin brands…but with this one I actually feel more energetic! Do not sleep better, but I actually feel happier…which is pretty freaky. Hooked now haha

I am going through the peri menopause so thought I’d give these a go. I checked what was in them and they had everything in which I needed and some extra. I have noticed more energy but I am having to stop taking them as I have been getting restless legs and I feel I am slightly wired! Like I’m getting too much of something. I have also been having some very strange dreams too. They may be good for someone else but for me I think they are making me feel a bit strange.
