Plastic Carafe with Lid 35oz / 1ltr - Plastic Decanter, Water Carafe, Juice Carafe

This is a fab, sealed water bottle. I have a small treatment room and I can’t have glass smashing or lugging around heavy objects. (I am a bit clumsy which doesn’t help.) This looks great and does the job.

I found this Decanter to be very thin plastic.

Potentially a good sturdy bottle but unfortunately it arrived with a dented and buckled base which made it unusable and when I tried to remedy it with hot water, thinking it might remold itself, I discovered the plastic is not suitable for hot water as it shrivelled before my eyes! I will get a glass one instead!

Bought 2 of these, one for squash and one for milk. It's a nice plastic, soft and thin, so wouldn't put anything hot in it. Good lid, but the liquid tends to sit in the pouring bit once you've stopped pouring, so spits back at you when you snap the lid closed. But otherwise good quality. Just needs a good wash in etween adding new milk, otherwise can get quite smelly. But don't mind, as this is easier and safer than risking a glass bottle.

It melted

I know others mentioned this in their reviews, but do not put this in the dishwasher - it melted completely. Even before this I wasn't impressed with its sturdiness; it seemed very flimsy. Also when you open and close the flip lid, the liquid inside splatters a bit - I was keeping single cream in this and it made a bit of a mess each time I opened it. Not what I was looking for and I wouldn't recommend this product - especially for what it cost.
