This toilet is great for the price. Installation was easy but unit is very heavy. Will require two people to lift. I had sufficient space in my bath room and managed to install it. All the features work well. The automatic open, close, and flush is a game changer. Love the night light to light the way in the middle of the night, and if you don't want the light, just turn it off. Also love the warm seat in cold winter. We did use the option to shut the heater off throughout the spring and summer. My entire family loves it and hopefully it keeps on working for many years to come!

Customer service representative stepped up to the plate after receiving a one star rating. Good quality product, however a little short when it comes to the documentation. I will purchase the item again.

The heated seat is amazing, especially on cold mornings. The water pressure, temperature, and spray options are fully customizable, making everything feel fresh and clean. The remote control is intuitive and easy to use. It lets you adjust everything from seat temperature to water pressure with just a few touchs. It has exceeded my expectations and turned an ordinary bathroom experience into something extraordinary. Highly recommended!

I wanted to minimize the water and power. My water supply is 8.5" center and power duplex receptacle is 7" center. If yours is further from center of toilet it will fit but NOT closer.

WOW! This is the first time I’ve ever used a bidet toilet, especially a smart one like this one. The sleek and modern design is also nice, and no more water tank to look at. The switchable night light feature makes it easy for that mid-night visit. What’s even better is the heated seat, no more cold seats especially in the middle of the night when I turn the temperature down. Pushing a toilet flush lever is a thing of the past with this toilet, I just walk away and it automatically closes the lid and flushes for me. The bidet feature has less than a second of cool water and then a nice warm stream that can be temperature-adjusted. The bidet feature runs for 3-4 minutes and then turns off. If you push the bidet button on the remote control a second time, the oscillating feature is turned on. I can also push the heated fan button on the remote control and that shuts off the bidet stream and starts the fan. I’m a little surprised that at my age, I have to relearn how to use a toilet. The water jet that cleans the toilet does a good job, much better than my last old-fashioned toilet.The bidet arrived in a lift-off box top, with styrofoam underneath and another piece on either side. There were stickers on the box stating “Weighs over 70 lbs”. The instructions that came in the box stated there was a battery box, but I discovered that the battery box is only delivered to certain countries, and the USA is not one of them. You do need to provide your own AAA batteries (2) for the remote control. I’m a big DIYer and the installation instructions are pretty basic, if you’ve never installed a toilet before I’d recommend watching some videos. There are two hoses from the toilet, so they provided a T-valve (compression joint) that allows both hoses to connect to the cold water source. Plus, the T-valve has a filter built-in it that might need to be cleaned out occasionally, but that depends on how filtered the water is to begin with. I had to install the T-valve in a different direction than the directions indicate due to the new toilet being too close to my water supply and there wasn’t enough room for the hoses to connect to the T-valve. I still have to install a GFCI-protected outlet in the toilet room, but I wanted to start using the bidet right away to test it out, so I used an extension to a GFCI outlet. Remember that all outlets in wet areas (i.e. bathrooms) have to be GFCI-protected outlets.

Missing battery box, you use this in case you're out of electricity, I called them (super slow and poor customer service)They said that feature it's been disabled. How the heck I'm I supposed to flush if there's not electricity?Air drying doesn't work.Overall only good feature is heated ring,touchless open and close lid. Other than that, I would rather go back to standard toilet that cost about 150 dollars instead of paying about 1k for this "smart" toilet. I would not buy it again.

This is an amazing toilet! I just want to start with that this is an amazing and after finally going to Japan and really getting used to nice and clean bidets being everywhere it really feels like we just imported a piece of Japan into my home. As a bidet it can do pretty much anything you would expect it to do.Set up was a little complicated and we had plumbers come, two people are definitely needed for instillation and while it was possible to hook up to a US pipe, it was not standard and required a bit of extra work to get everything to fit. Once installed we have had absolutely no issues so really once it is setup its good to go.It is pretty incredible and the stream is both pleasantly warm as well as soothing. As far as features go it has pretty much everything you would need from a bidet and so far its been pretty easy to maintain and clean. No complaints, not really using much toilet paper anymore and really an overall improvement from a standard US toilet!
