Simple and effective
Much more effective than either the bulb-type pumps, or a power tool add-on. I've tried both, and they either don't work or don't last. This jiggle syphon on the other hand has little to go wrong and seems well-made. It takes a few minutes to get the correct technique if you've never used one before.

Super item
Perfect little item for the job. Very happy with this purchase. Just shake the metal end in the tank to be emptied, ensuring it is higher than the tank to be filled...and leave it to do it's work.

A great spoon for the price
Purchased this Syphon to transfer red diesel for a 25 ltr container to the fuel tank on my compact tractor. Elevated the container by securely balancing it on a box on the drivers seat. The fuel tank filler is located on the bonnet.. This worked really well, filling up in just a few minutes with no spillage. Much better than trying to use a funnel.

Worked Well
I was a little confused on how this worked and finally as a last resort read the instructions! They were very clear, if you properly read them!I wanted to siphon diesel from a Jerry can to a boat fuel tank. The Jerry can was higher than the boat fuel inlet. I put the device end of the hose into the Jerry can, making sure it was fully submerged in the fuel, and the other into the boat fuel tank. Then did a up and down motion of the tube at the Jerry can end. Sure enough after about 30s fuel started moving, and after about 1min the fuel was maximising through the pipe. To stop the flow just take the device out of the source. Job done👍
