I would recommend this to anyone who needs help making sure their muscles stay relaxed while sleeping. I typically wake up with neck/shoulder cramps thinking I'd "slept on it wrong" or have sore jaw muscles from clenching my teeth while I slept. Two weeks ago, I woke up with a cramp in my lower shin, I took a dropper of the mag and within 2 mins, the cramp was gone!! This stuffs pretty magical!! Only bad thing is it tastes horrible but washing it down with water works just fine to get rid of the flavor.

Helping keep my son’s mag levels up after chemo. He doesn’t mind the taste but we mix it with a little juice a couple of times a day. So much better than taking 6 pills a day!

I bought this to help with sleep and I think it works. My quality of sleep is better after using for a little over a month.

I’ve recently read an article about Magnesium helping you to sleep, so I decided to try this out and it really worked!! I have had insomnia & worked Night Shifts for close to 30 years, so I am always looking for products which will help me to sleep & this works great!! Only issue is the taste!! It is a nasty taste that you can put under your tongue, but I’d rather be able to sleep rather than worry about the taste, so it’s doable for me.

I cannot easily take pills I put a dropperful of yonrave +magnesium bisglycinate +1pcs in my morning yogurt fruit protein drink works for me thank you

Absolutely the most disgusting flavor I have ever tasted. I can’t put my finger on it, but if I had to describe it I would say urine. Also, the rubber part of the dropper is sliced open and no measuring marks on the dropper.

The product is easy to consume. I just add it along with my other tunic supplements with one full pump instead of the two suggested. It does have a weird smell for me and the taste is not at all of lemons. Not a bad taste but not a good one either I would purchase another taste next time.
