Great product! But we did have to return the first one.
This scooter has worked well for us. I love the thick tires you don't have to worry about going flat, it rides smoothly, and goes fast. I did have to return the first one they sent us as the charging port was warped and it would make a sound, but the return and replacement went smoothly and we have not had any issues with this one. We have had it about 8 months and so far so good! it would be great if they had a built in welded on hole where a lock could be easily placed through as locking these up is difficult. It is easily foldable to lift and put in the car and is comfortable for my daughter to use.

A cool little guy
This electronic scooter is a very cool little guy to own. Although it is not lightweight (about 40lb), it is fun and sturdy. It is a scooter for adults, not for children. I do expect it is not too light, but compact. I can fold it and put it in my car trunk to take it wherever I want. Especially when I am on my road trip, I can park my car, take out my scooter, and wander around the area, saving my time and energy and going further. My house is close to the supermarket. When I need to do a quick small shopping, the little scooter is really a good transportation option. I don’t even need to find a parking spot. I can just park right in front of the store or put it in the shopping cart, quick shop, and go. Not only it is convenient, but also saves me gas money. While I am going to do my car maintenance, I don’t need to stay at the dealer to wait for my car to be done or call Uber to give me a ride home. With this little guy, I feel like I can use my time more wisely. Considering time, money, and convenience, it is worth buying.I have tried one of my colleague's electronic scooter in the past. I liked it and decided to buy one for myself. However, I like the one that I have better. The accelerator is next to the right handlebar instead of turning the handlebar to accelerate the speech. I have the experience that when I was pushing the scooter and walking alongside. I activated the accelerator by turning the handlebar unintentionally. The scooter moved forward and I almost lost my balance and fell. I decided not to buy the kind with a handlebar accelerate activator. This one I bought with the pressing accelerator works perfectly. It minimizes a safety hazard. The APP is simple and user-friendly. I can check my battery, and my path, lock the wheel, and turn the headlight on by using the APP. So far, no complaints. I am hoping it will last for a long time.

Pretty good so far
This scooter is an affordable, convenient choice. It is user-friendly and made with quality materials. Assembly was a breeze. It's light and speedy downhill. The power is average, compared to like-products. But, it does struggle uphill. The only other negative aspect I've experienced so far is the lack of suspension. Every bump is felt, but the solid tires are great for peace of mind and reliability.

My neighbor bought one too
Such a good budget scooter, I bought it to pick up my son from school since I take his scooter to ride it back and wow very surprised on how smooth the ride was and how quick I got there. Range is good haven’t fully tested it to its full capacity but seems great. Super light weight and power on it is great. Batter life seems amazing haven’t charged it once. And shock absorption is good can’t complain. My neighbor ended up buying one just because is such a great scooter that won’t break your bank.

FAST scooter
This scooter is a very reliable scooter and if you are looking for a fast scooter, this is a great choice. The scooter has great mobility and is very safe. Very easy to assemble. Ranges 15 mils on single charge I weight 185 -190 plus bags and load 200. So I would get 10 miles on a single charge. Light weight and easy to take on and off the trains. Rear wheel fits easy under a seat so its can easy be stooded away within the need for it to be folded. Runs amazing and built to last.

never another flat tire
My daughter kept experiencing flat tires with her Gotrax G4 scooter. After multiple replacements, we decided to switch the rear tire to a solid tire. While this solved the issue of flat tires, she found the ride uncomfortably bumpy. Eventually, the G4 scooter stopped working due to a computer failure, which Gotrax confirmed was on back order. We then decided to purchase this new model. The new scooter still has a bumpier ride compared to one with pneumatic tires, but it’s noticeably more comfortable thanks to its built-in suspension. It is also lighter, which makes it easier to handle. However, it is slower and less powerful than the G4. The battery life is similar, although perhaps slightly shorter.Overall, for commuting and navigating across campus, this scooter is a more practical and reliable choice

Amazing scooter
This scooter is amazing, it feels faster then 19 mph and I have tested the scooter how fast it really goes and it goes top 22.6mph. And it is a big scooter really good for adults and teenagers. This item is 100% worth the money, great quality, speed, battery life. I recommend this item so much to someone that wants a good scooter it is so fun and go up hills easily

300 mile review
I purchased this October 2024 and it is now April 2025. I have put over 300 miles on the scooter per their app (I do not think distance is accurate at all). It is a decent scooter, I would say worth the price that it is listed at right now.Pros:CheapLightFoldableAs comfortable as it can be for a scooter with no shocks/suspensionCons:Does NOT get me 20 miles as advertised (maybe 12)I weigh 165 and is still slow to get up to speed (5 or so seconds full throttle)Slows down significantly when under 50%battery life is very inaccurateHope this helped. I do believe this to be a good beginner scooter or for short trips. (University for me)
