Great value, great lil scooter
Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought this for my adopted mother and this little thing is outstanding. Easy to assemble/disassemble and transport. Gets around great on any surface and turns very well. Sturdy and well balanced and charging the battery is a breeze.

Great scooter/ ez assembly
I ordered this for my husband because he broke his ankle and with the cast and two bad shoulders, neither a knee cart or wheelchair were doable. My husband actually put the whole thing together himself! Given his conditions above, that means it's a very well made machine and pretty easy to put together. It rides smoothly and maneuvers easily in our house. We haven't taken it outside yet. My only issue is that there's no way to quiet that loud beep. If there were a speaker we could cover it with tape. The noise it makes sounds exactly like a smoke detector, so it's quiet startling and scares us as well as the cat. Customer service was quick to respond via chat. They told me we could follow a video they sent to disengage the wires. The downside being it wouldn't beep for anything... meaning no low battery alert, no horn and would not warn us of other potential problems. Actually thinking of doing it. So despite the loud beep( turning it on, or forgetting to shut it off when idle) it is very nice. Well built, sturdy, easy assembly, simple to drive and has good turning radius. Glad we bought this one!

Giving me my mobility back!
Live Saving! This arrived quickly and was super easy to get set up! The shipping box was a little intimidating; but was perfectly packed to keep it protected in shipment. When I first started unpacking it I thought that it smelled of cigarette smoke. After I had it in my car for a couple of days the smell transferred to my car. I realized it was not a smell of cigarette smoke that I was smelling it was the smell of the leather seat and the rubber from the tires. The smell subsided with in a couple of days.I have joint and muscle issues as well as breathing issues requiring oxygen. My portable oxygen concentrator fits perfectly in the basket or on the deck between my feet if I need to use the basket to carry other items. This assembles and disassembles quick and easy and fits perfectly in the back of my Chevy Trax- just what I was looking for! With my issues I can easily put it together/take apart and get it in my car in less than 5 minutes. It runs at the perfect speed to get me where I need to go. It steers easily and turns well!I love the color - I got the blue- am sad that I scratched it the first time I put it in the car by dropping the seat on one of the fenders. :( May hit the auto parts store to see if I can get some touch up paint to fix my screw up!The seat is super comfortable and the adjustable arm rests are easy to adjust or leave off if I don't want to mess with them (reduces weight of the seat section)Personally I think the battery feels like weighs more than the rear section which is what they say is the heaviest part.I like that I can leave the scooter in my car and just bring the battery in to charge. I also have a power inverter in my car that I can plug the charger into and charge it in the car using the charging cord that came with it. It would be nice if it had a car charger- but this is easy enough to make do with the power inverter.Thank you for including 2 keys for it and an extra knob. I will be looking for another pin for the seat to add to the key chain that came with the extra key, just in case I lose the pin.The pin that attaches the seat takes a little getting use to as it makes the seat feel a little wobbly and unstable. Initially I felt like I was going to fall off the scooter this got better after using it and adjusting to the feel. The swivel seat is great and easy to use!One thing that I am not that impressed with is how loud the beeps are when you turn the scooter on. I was in a hospital waiting room and the sound echoed so loudly that others in the waiting room commented. I also forgot to shut it off and the alarm started sounding. It was loud enough that the people working the desk immediately thought it was an alarm in the hospital it was embarrassing and frightening. One thing that doesn't show up in the instruction book is that the constant "screaming alarm" means that it is in Neutral! I tried everything when I first set it up to figure out why it would sound the alarm as soon as it was turned on. Seriously began thinking I was going to have to figure out how to put it back in the box and ship back! It was very annoying with it screaming to try to count the "beeps" to figure out what the actual alarm was. It was just an accident that I figured out that it was in neutral.-1 star for the loudness of the alarm/beeping and the wobbly feeling seat.If you are struggling with mobility, this scooter is just what is needed to help increase mobility and allow you to get going again. I am so thankful to have it!

Very happy with this and so is my father in law
The wife's dad isn't getting around as well as he used to be and this scooter has offered him experiences that would have previously just had him sitting at home while the grandkids and his daughter are out on trips. The big name mobility scooters can be upwards of $5,000 and offer little more than this one does. Charging is easy, operation is simple, and this thing is probably even faster than it needs to be. We tested it out on my property going through a gravel driveway and up steeper inclines than a scooter like this should ever be used on and it didn't miss a beat.So far this has been on multiple trips around the local zoo, multiple different local county fairs, and around town for some local events. Range was never a problem and although we have never run the thing long enough to hit the stated range, I have no doubts that a person of normal weight driving this on a flat surface on the slowest speed would meet the claimed maximum range. It might be a bit heavy for a disabled person to disassemble the scooter and pack it away in a car trunk, but my petite wife doesn't have problems taking it down and fitting it in the back of a Mazda CX-5 with all the supplies for the kids as well. One last thing of note due to a recent frantic phone call on a zoo trip - if the scooter starts beeping like crazy while powered on and the charge was previously acceptable, make sure your lunch bag dangling off the arm rest didn't knock the axle lock lever into the unlock position. The scooter will make all sorts of noise and result in a very worried phone call in the middle of the day.

Just what I needed
Great price. Easy to assemble, comes apart and can be hauled in the back of my SUV. I bought a bumper guard so I don't scratch the paint. We're planning to buy a second one so we both have one. Battery life is as expected and it charges fast. It's very quiet and comfortable to ride. I used it on the boardwalk at the beach and it was great. It allowed me to keep up with my family and I wasn't exhausted and sore like I would've been without it.
