The crystals are very fine and small as compared to normal sugar, but the sweetness is at par, if not slightly better..But it has some powder content too..But given that its organic and has no added preservatives or artificial sweeteners, this is probably the best white sugar one can get..😊

This item is not at al a desi khand. It is brown coloured white sugar. as soon as water is added to this it looses its brown colour and looks like white normal sugar. To purchase this item at Rs.100.00 a kilo is a total loss. No one should buy this fake item. Absolute cheating.

I am using it daily in my tea and milk, and says if milk taste good with sugar than its purity can be jusified.So i will say it is authenticated and good amount of sugar content.Also smell good

Looks like normal sugar, crystals are not brownish which is usually the color of desi khaand.
