Really great product, while the capsules are quite large, the all natural casing smoothy and silky capsules are very easy to swallow and i usually have trouble with pills getting stuck on the way down.So glad to find a good strong vitamin E with no nasty additives, only been taking them a few days and my vision feels sharper and clearer.Will be my number one go to from now on and very good value for money, high quantity packaging and bottle with a good safety lid.
