Are these white like the product photo or ivory like the review photo?

They are ivory. I love them! I’ve had for over 10 years and they have held up very well!

Are the handles really wood?

I love these knives. Had them for years and they are really great. But the handles are not wood. They are an ivory color. Looking at the specs, the handles are Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene. Whatever that is. I see these knives in restaurants in New Orleans. So I tried them out. They are my favorite.
