Faulty item and service
Item stopped working after 20 days. When I contacted them on WhatsApp, they had no empathy and kept advising me common stuff what everyone knew already. Like keeping the solar under direct sunlight. Of course, everyone knows how to charge that. Even after 2 data of not working which I explained, they said to return the item to their centre which will have to be my own cost. When I said I will leave a review, they simply said "these are the standard warranty practice". Still no empathy even then. So dear buyers, please do not buy anything from them. You will 100% be disappointed.

A lot to improve
The purpose of the product is very helpful, and at some extent it helps also. But there are many things which could be improved .The brightness of light is very dim, don't go for it if you are looking for alternate during study .The charging speed is very slow same while charging mobile.

Good one
This solar lantern is good...in normal temperatures and full solar charge, it gives 8 hours backup in low light...have not tried in colder conditions like out in minus camping trips...but overall it is good for household use....I might order more if the price is same as it was for me :)

Good and amazing product.
It's a must fro all mountaineers it's on the higher weight side but compensates for all batteries and torches instead. Must for all outdoors. The only drawback is the battery in case charging other stuff with it. The battery capacity may be increased.

Not satisfied get full charge in 4 days with full sunlight
I have purchased in May 2021 and used it constantly in my village, I kept the panel in sunlight of summer season for whole day, but it doesn't get full charge as they say it takes 8 hours.. But I kept it since morning to evening.. For 4 days then it get charged full.. But charged my mobile once and battery drain..Have to wait for again 4 days to get it fully charged...Better try some other product...They must improve the product quality..
