Powerful, grinds well, not very noisy
Pros:- grinds very fine and efficiently since it's 1000 watts- easy to clean jars- durable and good quality jars- Safe to use because of lock feature- not very noisy compared to cheaper mixersCons:- can't be used for small quantities, the volume in even the smallest jar is quite a bit- some food collects at the rim and doesn't get ground, so you have to open, remove the food and add it in the mixer

Excellent product with a few minor issues.
I have been using this mixer for one year now. I have used it for various things like dry grinding masalas, wet grinding masalas, chutney, dosa batter almost every day.The motor is quite powerful and blades are effective which means that you get the job done quickly. The motor is not very noisy.I think the weak point of this mixer is dry grinding. If I remember right, the manual recommended that the middle size jar should be used for dry grinding which makes no sense. I tried it and the grind was not fine enough. Using the smallest jar for dry grinding produces satisfactory results but you need to grind for 20 - 30 seconds then open the jar and mix the contents using your fingers and repeat at least 3 times to get a fine grind. The design of the lid also seems to be flawed because each time you open it, some of the powder falls out no matter how careful you are. Before this I had a Braun mixer whose dry grinder would absolutely blitz any dry masalas in seconds. I think that is because it has a specialised dry grinding jar where as here the small jar is actually meant for chutney.Inspite of the issues I would say that this is an excellent all round product for the Indian kitchen. You would struggle to find a better mixer because. Unfortunately there are not a lot of quality mixers suited for Indian cooking available in the market.
