The chocolate flavor tastes good & it's good to drink when I have cravings for unhealthy snacks, it kept me full for several hours until mealtime. On a more personal note, it runs straight thru my digestive system as if I'm lactose intolerant which I'm not. A diabetic without the digestive issues I have from this should experience the benefits this product offers.

It has just the right amount of protein and carbs for a type 2 diabetic, and it’s delicious. Great for a quick pick me up in the afternoon.

I have been having this for breakfast for a year. All the flavors taste great. Recently Amazon was out of supply so I purchased another item (very similar type drink) but I didn't like the flavor at all. Glucerna is much better! I just would love a lower price.

It tastes pretty much like you'd expect - thick chocolate milk. The flavor is very rich and creamy and it tastes like an indulgence. I haven't measured the blood sugar effects but taste-wise it's worth it. I shake it before drinking but occasionally there is still a slight chalky sip or two now and then, but nothing off-putting, just a reminder that it's not the real thing.

This taste great! I got it because I'm prediabetic and thought I'd add it to my diet for that reason. I love it, but it costs too much! Unfortunate.

I like the butter pecan flavor best. The product is diabetic friendly, and my personal observations indicate that it may help balance uptake of other carbohydrates and sweets eaten in a general time proximity as the Glucerna. I find it helpful to have a bottle available in case I experience symptoms of glucose levels lower than I like, especially if need to consume a meal that is unavoidably delayed.
