Great mittens for hiking! Warm, functional, and well fitting! I switched from gloves to mittens because my hands seem to stay more warm.

Comfortably warm on my cold morning walks

I purchased these because one of the reasons listed said they were made in the USA. I guess I didn't read it well enough, because it says " Made in the USA or imported". Well, it has to be one or the other, doesn't it? They were made in China. Maybe they should also say "These will keep your hands warm, or they won't." I will update once I find out the answer to that. They do feel soft and not at all bulky. The palm does seem to be made of actual suede. They are very thin. I measured my hand, which came out to about 7.5 inches. I sized up to a large so I would have a little extra wiggle room. The mittens are just wide enough, but about an inch and a half too long. I will be keeping them.

I really like and impressed with these mittens. Here in Pennsylvania we had a cold spell that bottomed out at minus 11 and my gloves left my fingers uncomfortably cold. I wore these mittens and my hands stayed comfortable on my morning half-hour walk. I’m average in height and weigh 170 so I ordered the large and they fit well and even have stretched upon wearing. I like the feel of the material and, in short, highly recommend this product. One small drawback is that, because they are mittens, it is a little difficult to control the retractable leash I use to walk my dog. That is just a small detail but certainly not a deal breaker.

I am a general manager at work who needs to attend our property and keep it clean. This includes walking around for about 20-30 minutes picking up trash with a broom and dust pan, sweeping and things of this nature. The weather today was 25° and these mittens kept my hands so toasty and warm. They’re comfortable, well insulated and look good; I am very grateful. I also have large hands with long fingers, the XL fits great. I came back into the office and let my co worker know, and my hands were warmer than hers! I paid $10 for these on sale and though not a steal, this is a reasonable priced product.I will update after a few months of constant use and update with its durability. I have no use for grip, though these gloves to have a different material on the outer side.

The bins are OK. I just have to get used to wearing them so far so good.

I LOVE these mittens. They are soooooo warm and comfortable! And they look great!

I got these to go over my heated glove liners and my gosh, they have been a game changer! I used to use a pair of leather work gloves, but because I needed the fingers to be biger for the glove liners, the whole glove had to be bigger and was much too big. Switching to mittens has allowed me to use a smaller size, and made the glove liners more effectinve. Frankly, I have MORE dexterity when using mittens than when I was using the much-too-large gloves!
