Wow! This was one of two different gel caps that I purchased. This one is quite thick, which means the cold lasts long and is more consistent. It's my favorite of the two because of the thickness and the looser fit. I use this for daily meditation in the mornings and the cold helps with under eye swelling which was the main reason I purchased this. I was originally looking for a full face mask but came across these head caps which I didn't even know existed. I tend to carry what can only be described as stress tension in the crown of my head, and this cap is great with releiving that, especially when combined with meditation. Also, the area around the ears doesn't have gel material which means you can wear headphones over these. I wear my noise cancelling headphones over these for a completely immersive experience.... fully dark, chilled brain, and completely present. It's a vibe that I highly recommend.

Love this thing, tbh I don’t really get headaches but when the weather gets 90+ out, I throw this thing on and it immediately cools me down. It’s really soft and super good quality, fits all the various head sizes in my house, and gets ice cold in the fridge. 10/10

This product I purchased because I get bad migraines. It does get pretty cold so it does really help with your migraines. It does last a good amount of time it’s flexible. The design is good but a little bit big on the size my hair is not that big and it’s easy to use. It’s definitely effective and it doesn’t smell.

My son loves it...says it's like being surrounded by a cold pillow. He hasn't tried it with his bad headaches, but did wear it with a mild headache recently and the cap relieved his pain within seconds. It is heavy and seems to be of good quality. We haven't had it long enough to tell though. Super easy to use. My husband tried it on, and it fits him well. He usually requires an XL hat, so it's big enough for a larger head.

This cap helps with my sinus headaches INSTANTLY! The only complaint is it gets super cold lol I have to let it sit for a minute before wearing it straight out of the freezer. But it is so comfy and squishy

I absolutely love this! I get migraines & regular ice packs don't cut it! This has thick gel, the cap is super soft & has the perfect weight to it! It's like a weighted blanket for your head! It helps so much to keep the light out of my face, apply light pressure to my head & keep it super cold. It helps with the pain tremendously. It's easy to pop in the freezer & take it out when needed. I like the fact that the top is open so my bun can stick out, compared to other designs that have a closed top.

Omg amazing at first I received an empty bag with no mask in it the seller was quick to send a replacement an the bag was tapped this time so it didn't fall out I love the product I suffer from migraines an have had one for three days now this mask has helped tremendously from the second I put it on thank you for making such a quality product !

it seems well made, and has a similar amount of gel as others. I’ve tried several, and found the ones that also cover the top of the head to be more effective against tension headaches.
