Remo Propack Silentstroke 10", 12", 16", 22" with Free 14" (PP2310-SN-U)

These proved to be work great for our situation...originally we used dampeners that lay on top of the heads which are appox. 1/4 inch think and those worked for a while but the kick drum was still very loud... I opted to try these Silent Stroke skins and it was a game changer, not only do they cut about 70% of the volume, they feel very sturdy and should last a long time. My son (Drummer) says they feel soo much better than the dampeners. I am not a drummer but have been around drums enough to know these feel pretty darn good compared to traditional skins. We purchased these along with low volume cymbals and it made a huge difference. My son can actually play with his bedroom door open and it doesn't really bother us and can still hold regular conversations while he is playing. I highly suggest these if loudness is a problem.

I absolutely love playing drums and I live in a condo. These two things are, normally, opposing forces, however, Remo changed the game! These mesh heads work better than advertised in that the volume of sound these heads cut is easily 90%! I have a Tama Imperialstar kit and it's from the 90's era where this kit was used on stages all over the place as such it has to be loud and it REALLY is. The Remo mesh heads to the rescue. I can play without waking family members or annoying the neighbors which was the ultimate goal. The heads work so well that I can hear family members talking in the other room while playing. If you need to play more quietly I highly recommend these heads. My only complaint is that they are extremely difficult to get outside of Amazon. Local music stores seem to struggle with this product unfortunately.

These are perfect for reducing the playing volume, but feel very gushy, underhand. Durable so far(6is months).

It truly lessen the sound your drum makes. Recommended for living in an apartment or house. Your neighbors will never be bothered from you playing the drums. Never again

Using these to track drums. Im just going to trigger all the heads, and record live cymbals. Tried one out the other night and it worked like a charm. I have to mention, when I first got the pack, I noticed the kick head had a few snags in it. However, I contacted the seller, and they replied within the hour, and I had a replacement head a day and a half later. I was super impressed and would definitely order from gear nuts again!

Great for home practice in consideration of others.Hard to get a clear tuning pitch.
