Solid Air conditioner but check if your AC is wifi enabled or not
AC performs very good. But seller delivered non wifi model. Please note that Carrier non Wifi models also show wifi symbol SA on the AC panel but that will not work. The model number specified on the AC will have a very minor variation like alphabet W for wifi model. "W" was missing on my delivered product. I identified this through Carrier service personnel after repeatedly raising complaints about wifi feature not working for a month. Seller addressed this by providing an alternate Wifi device which can control my AC through my Amazon alexa device or mobile phone. Performance of the AC is awesome. All modes work well.
