The medication works great… once you get to it. I have IBS, so I take this whenever I have a problem while traveling. You won’t be able to get into this while driving down the road. Fingernails won’t let you in this packaging. You will need a razor knife or tool. I don’t know why you would make a product for this kind of problem very hard to get into… its created some awkward conversations and embarrassing moments for me trying to open the packaging. I wish they would fix this. It is the only downside.

Immodium is the best product for such problems.The packaging is just stupid, so I use scissors to get all of the capsules out, and then I put them all in a pill bottle. That way, I can get what I need in a timely fashion.

Have only used one time and product seemed to work. But, packaging was horrible for me. Could not pop the tablets out, had to ask husband to help and he had to finally use scissors to cut them out. So have something like scissors handy, if you need to use the item. If there is a trick to popping them out, please let me know!

These work for occasional diarrhea. Not a pleasant experience, but Imodium can minimize the misery.
