I’ve been using Sports Research Biotin Max Strength,10,000 MCG for a few years now. I take one per day. I remember within two weeks my nails which were previously weak, soft and chipped were growing like crazy! They were thick not flimsy and I could finally see the whites. My hair which was already thick benefitted too. After ‘dusting’ my split ends they came back less and less until they were almost gone. Completely changed the look of my hair. My skin tone was pale and dull. I noticed a hue of pink after a month. Funny story. ( sort of) Recently I lost a ton of hair due to a side effect of a medication. It became wiry, broke easily and just looked awful. Panicking, thinking my hair needed something extra, exotic even, I ordered a $40 bottle of hair vitamins containing herbals as well. The first day I was ravenous as usually happens when I take multi’s or certain herbals. I don’t know of any one else experiencing this. I sure do. I thought it might be worth it. A week in, the weight gain was obvious, but my hair? So I continued with the new supplement for another week. More weight gain and my hair looked the same. I discontinued the supplement and ordered Sports Research Biotin. I’m happy I did.

The ABSOLUTE BEST Biotin hands down!!! I have always had a hard time with my nails splitting and breaking especially after I had artificial nails in 2021 for my daughter wedding. This biotin has my nails so strong and the growing process is simply amazing. My nails have NEVER been this strong and long and I’m loving it!! I can’t really speak on what it’s doing for my hair because I keep my hair in braids, but I will most definitely update in a few months to let you all know what it does for my hair.

Wow im incredibly impressed with how quickly i had new hair growth. I had very intense hair loss 3-4 months after a Flu. Apparently that can happen and it totally freaked me out. I started intermittent fasting and taking this Biotin because im allergic to fish. And wow im so impressed

I was looking for something to help with hair loss. Changes in hormones can take a toll. I ordered the one with 5000 mg. and my face broke out after 3 days of use. I’m over 60, so, that was unexpected.I honestly don’t think it was the biotin that caused the break out though.Because I was already taking a B-complex supplement. So maybe, I had plenty of biotin in my system already. Live and learn:) I stopped immediately after my face broke out and my skin cleared within a few days.I use other supplements from this company and have been very pleased. There are way more people that left reviews saying that it works great for them. What ended up stopping my hair loss was more salmon, tuna, shrimp, MCT oil, avocados, and Nori seaweed snack sheets. lol!Apparently I needed more fat in my diet because I don’t eat meat except seafood. I also cut drastically back on bad carbs and processed foods. It’s amazing how much better the body works when it’s fed properly:) Everyone is different. I gave 4 stars because their products are good. It was just me needing to figure out what my body needed:) Best of luck to all:)

I like this brand and I take multiple supplements and just added this to the mix. Small easy to swallow I have no complaints.

Too many hoops to jump through if you want to return item after purchase. I had been using this product for a couple of years with no problems. However, this batch was either damaged or spoiled because the capsules had dark spots in them. I tried returning and even tried sending pictures as proof but they wanted more. I had to get on the manufacturer contact page and fill out more information. Forget that . I threw the pills away and will not be ordering any more from them. I gave it three stars because I had really liked th product until now.
